Real People. Real Relief
"The program has been the conduit for the blessing of healing! Finally feeling like my normal self, got that pep back in my step. What used to take me close to 30mins to do walking is just about 12-15 mins. Have not progressed to single leg exercises yet but Iâm able to stretch ( and perform some eccentrics for my groin and hamstrings). Not back yet to doing the a lot of isometrics, just cautious. Thank you!"

"The detailed program has reduced my pain levels. I am down to pain level 1 and below from 6-7. I am grateful that I found a treatment that works after 40 years of suffering and trying every treatment out there short of back surgery. MRI's and ex-rays showed no need for surgery but the pain WAS still there. I am not done with the program yet, but I am confident that sticking with this will get me to where want to be. Can't work or surf yet. It has been 10 months out of the water and no work. I started here in August. Stopped surfing in January 2020. Hina and the male pelvic floor program has helped tremendously."

âI've done the course and it's definitely helped when I've stuck with it. Iâm glad I was able to find Hina through YouTube and have a consultation about my pelvic floor. I learned a ton and, through the program she put together, have been able to manage my pelvic discomfort over time.â

"The course is great! It is super comprehensive and there are literally 40+ videos to go through. If you were to pay for one-on-one service, it would probably take 3-4 appointments to get through this much detail, for 5x the price. There are also recommended products which you can quickly get on Amazon. This lets you do some of the more in-depth exercises. Some of the stuff is pretty advanced and will challenge you a bit, but I saw results in as little as 1 week! Hina is also super responsive. Highly recommended."
